Arugula Pesto Sauce
Based on the traditional recipe, arugula gives this pesto a slightly peppery,
nutty flavor with a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste.
This pesto sauce can be purchased with or without pine nuts.
Ingredients
Fresh arugula, margarine (contains soya), canola oil, parmesan cheese (made from: milk solids, bacterial culture,
rennet and/or microbial enzyme, salt, calcium chloride, lipase, powdered cellulose, parmesan falvour [natural],
natamycin, [preservative]), romano cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, calcium chloride, lipase),
garlic puree (dehydrated garlic, water, citric acid), olive oil, pine nuts, potassium sorbate.
